How do I place an order on Mithaly?

Mithaly offers a very simple user experience through the online purchase, you can simply follow the steps of ordering online:
1- Add the items to the shopping cart
2- Register/ Or continue as a Guest and insert all needed data in a correct way 
3- Choose the Shipping method
4- Choose Payment Method and confirm your order.

If I placed an order, how long does it take to receive the order?

It depends on the delivery courier. Each shipping method will display its order delivery time during the ordering steps.
However, the order will be confirmed and prepared within 12 working hours.

I just placed an order, but I’m not sure if you got it. What should I do?

Once you are logged in to the website, go to the "Account" section and click "My Orders" to see if your order is listed. If your order is listed, then check the order status as “Received”.
